"Litter-strewn and tatty!"

Why is the forecourt of our local Shell, situated at the heart of Vicars Cross Community, so poorly maintained? A holly branch, left right at the exit a couple of months ago is now laced with litter and the forecourt - even near the newspaper stand directly near the door - is peppered with litter and debris. Come on Shell, employ someone to clean it up and improve our environment please.
