Had birds in the roof for 23 years botched jobs every times

At last it seems to be sorted had 4 leaks from boiler kitchen is ruined with the water yet neighbours got new kitchens first I asked if we are getting new windows and doors because my neighbour got hers they said no one in street down for new doors and windows she must have bought them herself so because of this I reported condensation in double glazing they came out replaced glass next day they took all windows out and replaced with new talk about wasting money I had snagging list from when I

Moved in still not finished yet 26 years later . I have mold growing on bedroom ceiling was told a little more hygiene would go a miss from guy who came out. They replaced old boiler new one not much better 2 months to fix leak and 5 days with no hot water it’s just a joke. Fencing not fitting properly between concrete posts lovely guy came out and said posts need replacing took pictures next day another guy came out and proceeds to wedge bits of wood down the side of the fence to make them fit one thing I have to say is that the girls are lovely that answer th phone x.
