I have had direct communication Capital Bank. Royal Bank of Scotland PPI Team, sent a written advisory to Capital Bank on same matter for the past 6 months.

Unfortunately, as at today, no response to such an important communication.

Is the Management of Capital Bank aware of this gross inefficient staffs employed to be responsive to any type of query?.
