Took my daughter in today to get her ears pierced. She's nearly 12. Such good, intelligent and kind service. Hazel was simply excellent. Helped us choose earrings. Positioned the placement of the earrings really well and made the experience really enjoyable. The other assistant who was also great, but whose name I forget, helped Hazel and they pierced both ears at the same time so it was easier for my daughter . Very impressed. Thanks..
