"Very negative encouragement"

My child was constantly told he can't do it ( each swimming task) in the pool. My son became so upset by the end of the 45 minute and did not want to come back. The lesson was not differentiated or inclusive. Customer services did not want to know and did not reply back after my second email. They wouldn't refund for the lessons that I prepaid for. Very poor experience ☹️.
