"Do they ever turn up"

I Was given the number of this company by my car insurance broker on a Monday morning. a small stone had hit the front window screen and a small chip had developed. I phoned straight away and was told they would come out to me on Thursday, I waited then got a call to say van has broken down cannot come till Friday morning. Friday morning another call to say engineer wasn't well we will have to rearrange again

. Two days I WASTED. would not recommend this company ..
